What does the "Connection State" alert mean? Do I need to act?

It reports a change in the overall state of a site's monitored connection. A single state change during a brief blip is usually informational and self-resolves. If you receive repeated Connection State alerts for the same site, or the site stays down, raise a ticket so we can investigate.
