What does "Ethernet WAN Unplugged" or "Ethernet WAN Plugged In" mean?

The wired internet connection was physically disconnected and then reconnected, for example during maintenance or a cabinet visit. If planned works were taking place, no action is needed. If not, it may indicate an accidental disconnection on site.
