We are migrating the site's internet connection (for example to satellite / Starlink) or changing the public IP. What should I tell you?

Let us know in advance through a ticket. After the migration, confirm the new connection details and any VPNs that need to be re-pointed. We will verify that monitoring and any tunnels are back up on the new connection. Please do not post credentials or passwords in ticket messages; share them through a secure method if needed.
